As Staff Engineer (gn) - AI & Data Focus, you will help shape our architectural direction, strengthen our engineering foundations, and accelerate the responsible adoption of AI across teams. You work hands-on within your value stream while also contributing broadly across the organization - improving systems, enabling teams, and driving long-term technical impact.

Build scalable AI-supported products, services and internal tools that improve business processes, efficiency and measurable outcomes. Act as a sparring partner for leadership, product owners and engineering teams to identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities. Design, implement and continuously improve AI solutions such as assistants, RAG systems, intelligent automations and agent-based workflows. Develop reusable internal capabilities including platforms, APIs, MCP servers, standards and engineering accelerators for future AI initiatives.

You take full responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of our Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts, with a primary focus on high-scale Shopping and integrated App campaigns. You proactively optimize the Merchant Center data architecture and use AI-driven enrichment (e.g., LLM-based title/description optimization) to ensure our product data is algorithm-ready across Search, Shopping, and Discovery. You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of App Install (AC) and Engagement (ACe) campaigns, optimizing for down-funnel events and leveraging deep-linking strategies to create a seamless web-to-app journey.
